Is it not time to have the RCMP do a raid on Elections Canada and remove all their files for audits.Maybe a few of the top dogs need to be put in jail for a bit till they respect the decisions of the Supreme court and not be doing the bidding of the corrupt Liberals.

I agree with Bert. This ruling by the courts is coming in March, but Elections Canada seems to be owned by the Liberal Party and Liberal CBC is aiding and abetting.WHY? To dig in the muck from 2006 to have a Conservative(With Colon Cancer)old picture on THE NATIONAL, then hammered as if he is one of the bunch from the sponsorship mob.Trying to make this into something sinister to appease Michael Ignatieff and sway uninformed voters.Its really truely pathetic

Looks like you can’t win against Liberal Elections Ontario either….
After the 2007 vote, the Tories complained to Elections Ontario that “Working Families” was a Liberal front.
Elections Ontario investigated and concluded it was independent.
The Tories are appealing that decision. PC sources confide they do not expect to win in court. But they said they had to proceed because of concerns “Working Families” could afford to spend more money in the election than any political party.

Perhaps these Elections Commissioners should be hauled up before AG Sheila Fraser,
just like the Integrity Commish Ouimet has been,
for not properly investigating complaints.

If conservatives should desire a majority for any reason I can’t think of a better one than the need to clean up Elections Canada and make this country a democracy again.
