The following video was (for the most part) created from clips from Oral Questions on February 14th, 2007.
It’s kind of like watching David Letterman’s Stupid Pet Tricks.

How did you catch that? It’s too funny, great job.
Well they do have a plan, to somehow make Dion look like a leader….oh, okay, your right, they have no plan.
Hunter (#1) it’s actually funny, I started off pulling the idealogy/ideology quotations out but it didn’t take long to realize what today’s catch phrase was.
So, why haven’t we heard what THEIR plan is?
Actually, it shows that the Liberals are starting to adapt to some of the Conservative strategies. One of the conservative strengths thus far has been their ability to pull out an appropriate catch-phrase whenever the Liberals try to attack them – such as “didn’t get it done.” Easy to understand, easy to believe. The “didn’t have a plan” is similar in nature that it quick and easy to understand and underscores a growing concern about the Harper government. Climate change – targets, investments, but not really a semblance of a plan. Senate reform – some ideas, but not a long-term plan to fully reform the chamber. Passports – no plan. And so on and so on. It works well because it segways into the Liberals offering a plan – such as they did today on Income Trusts. Unfortunately, instead of a policy debate, we’re going to have buzzword war for the next several months. sigh.
“Climate change – targets, investments, but not really a semblance of a plan. Senate reform – some ideas, but not a long-term plan to fully reform the chamber. Passports – no plan. And so on and so on.”
Sounds like Scott is a well trained Liberal too.
Check his blog and you’ll see that’s exactly what Scott is! Gee, Scott, is this missionary work for you? Spreading Liberal thoughts among the heathen right?
This YouTube is an absolute hoot!!
And having THE Belinda Stronach – as in the Belinda Stronach that hosted the Ontarian Magna Budget and destroyed parliamentary democracy until Sandra Pupatello (the Ontario Liberal female version of Stephen Harper) saved it with great personal gallantry – only made this better.
