2004 Was Not A Coalition – Harper, Layton, Duceppe All Make This Clear

When your Lib, NDP, Green or Bloc friends say something about Harper signing up for a coalition in 2004, you can call them a bald faced liar and point them to this blog post.

Watch the video.

Think of where we would be if Paul Martin’s ego had not got the best of him and he had not called an election when he had 2 yrs left in a minority. How many times did Chretain call an election with a majority, before he had to. Never heard the media cry about that. IMHO this meeting/letter whatever in 2004 was/would have asked the GG not to allow Martin to call another election so soon. Libs have lost over 100 seats in these last elections and I hope they lose at least another 20 on May 2.
How will the media react to a PMSH majority for 4 yrs. They can’t change their stripe so they will have to change a lot of people.
