Natacha has kindly let me know that Edmonton is planning a big Red Friday rally. Details are as follows:

Location: Sir Winston Churchill Square
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Rally Details:
The rally will include speeches, musical performances by Shawn Hlookoff, the sale of Red Friday’s merchandise and Yellow Ribbon products sold through the MFRC and Canex Retail Outlet, face painting and much more.

I guarantee this will be bigger than the anti war rally for all of Canada. We will have more people there because our Edmonton stationed soldiers have suffered the most losses in Afghanistan. I will be very disappointed if we only get 2000 people out. I have not heard any radio stations promoting it yet, that’s what we need.
