{"id":104,"date":"2006-01-26T07:27:08","date_gmt":"2006-01-26T12:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/officiallyscrewed.com\/?p=104"},"modified":"2006-01-26T07:27:08","modified_gmt":"2006-01-26T12:27:08","slug":"more-on-our-electoral-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/officiallyscrewed.com\/?p=104","title":{"rendered":"More On Our Electoral System"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In addition to the need for cleaning up multiple cards\/voters and non Canadian voters in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/officiallyscrewed.com\/?p=105\">this post<\/a>, I thought I would mention the following:<\/p>\n<p>This morning on Canada AM there was a young American student studying at the University of Toronto.  he wants to be a journalist and when he realized that you can vote without proof of citizenship, he used his student card and a bill (to show his address), and he got a ballot.  He DID spoil it, and I hope Elections Canada does not charge him.  His only purpose in doing this was to do it to write about it, and hopefully expose this major issue.
